A banking employer is seeking a seasoned Forcepoint Engineer to join their team remotely. This person is needed to support and enhance the company's web security infrastructure during a critical transition period. This role will focus on leading configuration and reclassification efforts within the Forcepoint Web Security platform to address vulnerabilities arising from updates to insurance packages. The engineer will also troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website access, including analyzing and adjusting policies for incorrectly blocked or allowed pages. In addition to project-based work, the role includes handling incoming support tickets, investigating access anomalies, and collaborating with IT and security teams to ensure Forcepoint policies are optimized for both protection and usability. Strong documentation practices are essential to maintain clarity and consistency across changes.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Forcepoint Web Security, ideally at the engineer level.
Proven expertise in policy configuration, website categorization, and access control within Forcepoint.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs and identify root causes of access issues.
Experience working in environments undergoing security or insurance-related transitions.
