Job Description

Were looking for a Systems Analyst to join our growing digital team and help drive ecommerce innovation across our rental platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and can serve as the technical glue between systems, teams, and initiatives. Youll work closely with another Systems Analyst and collaborate with product, IT, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of our digital systems.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years in a Systems Analyst or Programmer Analyst role
Hands-on experience with database systems and SQL (SQL Server, DB2)
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Experience in systems analysis, preferably within ecommerce or digital platforms.
Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and system integration principles.
Ability to work across multiple teams and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems and notification services is a plus.
Comfortable working in a cloud-enabled environment, though deep cloud expertise is not required.
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
