Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic onsite Scrum Master to join a large healthcare client. This Scrum Master will be supporting a cutting-edge virtual assistant that is designed to improve customer engagement and streamline operations, available in both voice and chat channels. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to guide teams through the Scrum framework and promote continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage at least 2 projects simultaneously.
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Rally
