Insight Global is hiring for a Senior Global Analyst that will play a critical role in supporting and driving data analysis efforts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This role involves synthesizing complex data, assessing potential risks, and providing actionable recommendations to protect and strengthen Edgewell Personal Cares brands.
The Senior Global Analyst will lead sophisticated analytical projects, deliver product insights, and provide recommendations to support growth strategies. This individual will also focus on providing reporting on key operational and strategic dashboard metrics across all business units and driving continuous improvements to enhance the consumer experience and build brand loyalty. The position requires a strong combination of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and evolving project management capabilities. Furthermore, the analyst ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and company policies.

- 3+ years of experience within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of drug, device, cosmetic or consumer products preferred
- Proven analytic and quantitative decision making skills
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and other analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and reasonability's effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience leading projects
