Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Validation Engineer to support the execution of the commissioning of a new scientific R&D laboratory in Groton, CT. This role is critical in ensuring that all laboratory systems, equipment, and processes meet regulatory and internal quality standards. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and execute the validation activities for laboratory equipment, utilities, and systems
- Generate validation documents and take primary responsibility for execution of validation lifecycle activities
- Develop and implement validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and risk assessments
- Manage validation documentation lifecycle, including deviations, change controls, and CAPAs
- Participate in audits and inspections, providing validation documentation and subject matter expertise
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives ad validation lifecycle management strategies

- BS Degree in Science or Engineering related field
- 5+ years of experience in validation engineering
- Proficient working in a digital environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
