Job Description
Insight global is seeking Project Managers to support a large government services client. This person will be required to be onsite 3 days per week in southeastern Connecticut. They will be working within an internal PMO to support network, cloud, hardware, and server infrastructure projects, along with application development projects related to application modernization efforts. Ensuring successful execution within scope, timelines, and budget while preventing scope creep on projects. This person will be working on new projects, in addition to existing projects that are already in flight. They will be developing detailed project plans, defining scope, timelines, risk and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time. They will also be monitoring project performance and presenting status updates to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience an as IT Project Manager
Experience working in a PMO and supporting 2+ enterprise level projects at a time
Developing and maintaining detailed project plans outlining scopes, timelines, budgets and risks
IT experience including infrastructure and application development
Knowledge of the full project lifecycle
Experience with project prioritization, project charts, scheduling, budget management
Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management skills - ability to present to executive leadership
Comfortability with Excel and project management tools including Jira, Confluence, MS Project
Bachelors Degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP certifications
IT Facilities related project experience
Experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment
