Data Warehouse Architect

A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a hybrid Data Warehouse Architect. This position is focused on managing and improving an enterprise-wide data architecture, ensuring that data is accessible, secure, and high-performing. The role involves designing and maintaining data warehouse systems, overseeing data storage strategies, and ensuring data quality across platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting failed jobs, performing system maintenance and enhancements, correcting data issues, and contributing to various projects. The individual collaborates with business and IT leadership to understand data needs, supports business intelligence initiatives, and helps train users on data tools. They also play a key role in capacity planning, performance optimization, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations like HIPAA. The role requires working on complex technical challenges with minimal supervision and mentoring junior staff.

- 2-5 years working with Informatica
- 2-5 years with other ETL tools such as: SSIS, AWS Glue, AWS Data Pipeline, Fivetran, or other open source ETL tools
- 3-5 years of experience with Snowflake and SQL
• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Data Architect

• Master's degree in computer science or engineering
- Power BI
- Experience working within AI
