Job Description

Our client, a market leader in Parking Technology solutions, is looking for a field service technician to install, fix, and respond to customer service calls for their new and existing parking systems for their Connecticut Branch located in Cheshire,CT. You will be given a company vehicle and tools to travel to customer sites to fix mechanical, hardware, and software problems with their automated parking systems. Having great customer service skills is imperative to this role as you will have work orders signed-off on by their clients. You will be working on their legacy systems and their new automated parking system. Someone who is self-motivated, hard working, and self-sufficient will exceed in this role.

Required Skills & Experience

-5 years' experience in hardware break/fix troubleshooting and resolution
-1-3 years' experience in software and Hardware Installation and configuration
-1-3 years' experience supporting systems in a networked environment
-Valid Driver's License
