Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Program Manager for a Fortune 500 company based in Stamford, CT. This role involves leading non-technical programming strategy by planning and executing service offerings and promotions for external customers. It requires collaboration with content providers and internal teams to deliver bundled or promotional offerings. The position also includes developing and managing It consistently represents the customers voice in programming decisions. In this role you will be entering or updating customer data or modifying packages to ensure customer facing services are correct. Additionally, it involves building high-level slide decks for executive reviews and partner presentations, translating complex service and pricing changes into digestible formats. This role is 4 days a week in Stamford, CT and pays $58-64

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in non-technical programming within telecom, media, energy, or subscription-based industries
- Strong background in rate adjustment or corrections or pricing adjustments
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skillsespecially in building executive-level slide decks.
- Experience working with external customers and partners in a strategic capacity
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree is required
