Insight Global is seeking a remote Data Analyst to join a large healthcare client. This analyst will be joining a new 'Emerging Technologies' team that is working on building AI agents and Enhancing our Reporting/Analytics capabilities. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and patterns. You will develop and maintain data collection systems and databases to ensure efficient data management. Additionally, you will perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to guarantee data accuracy. Your role will involve generating reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions. Conducting statistical analysis and predictive modeling will be essential to support decision-making processes. Furthermore, you will monitor and evaluate data quality and integrity to maintain high standards of data reliability.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
