Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Architect to work remotely for a large reinsurance client. This role involves mapping out solutions and guiding teams on implementing the correct ServiceNow solutions for various business units. The architect should have hands-on experience with the ServiceNow tool and be capable of walking through the roadmap, identifying organizational needs in areas such as legal, HR, and security, and finding appropriate ServiceNow solutions for each area. They will also walk the organization through the capabilities of these solutions.
The architect will provide minimal support, as they will have a team assisting with this. However, they will need to guide the team on enhancements and onboarding new components. Currently, Incident Management and Discovery are implemented, while Asset Management is partially implemented. The relationship between Asset Management and Discovery is not yet established. The ideal candidate will have strong experience and expertise with ServiceNow modules and be able to guide the organization on solutions for their needs. Pay is around 70-75/hr.

-15+ years of experience within IT with a background as a software developer.
-3-5 years of recent experience as a solutions architect for ServiceNow.
-Expert-level experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Asset Management, Discovery, Vulnerability, etc.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders and understand needs within different departments from a ServiceNow perspective.
-Recent experience mapping out solutions and guiding teams on what to implement and how to implement specific ServiceNow solutions.
