A banking employer is looking for a SharePoint Support Specialist to join their team, ideally sitting in Middletown, CT but can sit remote for the right candidate. This position is open since they're seeking additional support to help the team with workload. The goal is to bring this person on to help with ensuring accuracy of the SharePoint information to eventually get into the Cloud. On a day to day basis, the SharePoint Support Specialist would mainly be working doing UAT, including checking if the landing pages are correct, and overall quality of URL links. The support specialist would also be giving and removing access to various different users within SharePoint. They would be working through a backlog of tickets and triaging them as they come in. they would be following procedures to see if they can alleviate any tasks off the team but delegating them to the right POCs if needed. The candidate will need to understand work flows as well. The ideal candidate would have strong problem solving and communication skills, as they will often but communicating with various different end users.

1-2 years of experience as a Support Specialist, specifically utilizing SharePoint
Experience doing UAT and checking quality of URL links
Ticket management experience using ServiceNow
Experience communicating with end point users to resolve any issues
Strong Communication Skills
Experience using MS Paint
