Insight Global is hiring for a Project Manager to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunications company. This Project Manager will be joining the Customer Operations organization, working on projects regarding customer commitment and the onboarding journey. In other words, this project focuses on addressing any inconsistencies or pain points when it comes to the customer's onboarding journey for cable. For example, if a customer signs up for cable online and sees a specific price then a customer gets the bill with all different fees that doesn't emulate that of which they saw online. On a day-to-day basis, this Project Manager will spend 50% of their time planning and implementing schedules (following roadmap schedules) and monitors programs from inception to delivery, 25% defining and reporting program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics, 10% identifying/monitoring areas of risk, and 15% managing/coordinating with stakeholders
