Job Description

Our client is looking for an Sr. End User Technology Engineer is responsible for architecting and managing endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune and SCCM, including co-management configurations and Windows Autopilot provisioning. This role involves developing and enforcing configuration, compliance, and security policies across a diverse fleet of devices, ensuring seamless integration with Azure AD and Conditional Access. The engineer automates software packaging, deployment, and OS updates, leads hardware refresh cycles, and manages mobile device migrations. Collaboration with infrastructure, security, and compliance teams is essential to align endpoint strategies with global IT standards. The role also includes monitoring and optimizing the digital end-user experience to ensure visibility, performance, and productivity across the organization, as well as contributing to documentation, project planning, and the implementation of endpoint-related initiatives from concept to completion.

PR:$60-$70/hr

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience deploying and managing Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and SCCM/MECM in hybrid environments.
Must have experience building and architecting, rather than just working with these tools
Hands-on expertise with Windows Autopilot, Azure AD Join, and Conditional Access policies.
Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell) for device provisioning and software deployment.
Experience with mobile device management (MDM) migrations (e.g., BES to Intune for iOS/Android).
Demonstrated ability to lead hardware refresh cycles, OS upgrades (e.g., Windows 10 to 11), and enterprise-wide endpoint standardization.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with security tools like Bit9, Netskope, and Microsoft Defender ATP.
Experience collaborating across infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to align with global IT standards.
