Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Healthcare Informatics Analyst to join the data exchange team of a large healthcare company. This person is responsible for creating and managing custom data feeds, specifically focusing on stop loss reporting for a portfolio of customers. This role involves handling all data requests, managing data feeds, and providing custom data solutions. The specialist will act as a customer support liaison, working closely with plan sponsors and external companies contracted to manage stop loss reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage custom data feeds for external stop loss reporting.
Handle all data requests and manage data feeds, including custom data solutions.
Serve as a customer support liaison, working with plan sponsors and external companies.
Set up secure FTPS data feeds and work with customers and vendors to customize reporting.
Field questions, manage a high volume of requests, and provide email follow-up and troubleshooting.
Utilize strong Excel skills to manage and analyze data.
Maintain excellent organizational skills to handle a growing portfolio of 500+ customers.

Qualifications:
3+ years working within a Healthcare Domain
Experience creating and managing custom data feeds
Experience working with internal or external customers
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and requests efficiently.
Strong communication skills for effective customer and vendor interactions.
