Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Director of Product Marketing for a leading fortune 500 company. This strategic role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across the buyer’s journey to drive product awareness, preference, purchase, retention, and growth. The Director will define positioning, messaging, and target audience strategies, lead go-to-market plans for new products and features, and translate technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes. Collaboration with integrated marketing teams is essential to create content that supports each stage of the buyer journey. The ideal candidate will have experience marketing to CIOs and senior IT decision-makers, with a strong understanding of IT personas and enterprise technology solutions. This is a full-time role with a base of 150-190k.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of B2B Product Marketing Expertise
○ Proven ability to position and message technology products effectively.
- IT Product knowledge in data and networking, enterprise TV, Unified communications, Internet, WIFI, connectivity, Managed switching, private networking (e.g., Ethernet), SD-WAN, and Cybersecurity services
- Leadership Experience – Strong background in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Results-Driven Mindset – Demonstrated success in driving revenue, EBITDA, and key performance indicators.
- Ability to translate complex technical offerings into clear messaging and positioning for executive audiences.
○ Experience developing the product marketing strategy, focusing on target audience prioritization, positioning, and messaging.
- Understanding of the subscription-based business model, whether from telecom, SaaS, data centers, or MSP's
- Experience with go-to-market strategy and product launches.
Bachelor's degree required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in enterprise tech, ideally in telecom, data centers, or MSPs.
One-on-one selling or sales engineering
