Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Senior Product Manager of Marketing oversees the development and execution of strategic promotional initiatives to enhance product awareness, consideration, and revenue growth across managed unified communications solutions (e.g., Webex Teams, RingCentral), omnichannel contact center services, and SIP trunking offerings. Leveraging deep expertise in the product, marketplace, and competitive landscape, this role identifies and optimizes key opportunities for promotion and expansion, from initial product launch through the entire lifecycle. The Senior Manager leads a team and works cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company objectives and market success. This is a full-time position that offers $150k base.

Required Skills & Experience

7-10+ years of product experience working within Voice and Unified Communications
Expertise in technical products such as: digital voice calling, voice trunking,
VoIP solutions, UCaaS, etc.
Proven experience in go-to-market execution, supporting product launches, and working with cross-functional teams
Experience develop marketing requirements throughout the buyers journey, crafting a comprehensive strategy and coordinating efforts across teams
Experience working in sales enablement and marketing coordination.
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and departments with excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working for a telecommunications company
One-on-one selling or sales engineering
