Job Description

Our client is one of the largest security system integrators in the US and they are in a rapid growth phase. Due to this, they are looking for a Service Manager to cover the eastern portion of all their banking security service operations. This person will play a critical role in managing and leading the service business for this vertical and will have 8 direct reports, and anywhere between 80 to 110 indirect reports. Outside of the service operations responsibilities, they are looking for someone to help drive and emphasize culture growth, accountability, and delivering on all results. They need to have a growth mindset and have to ability to bring new ideas to the business to expand their footprint to customers. In this role, this person will oversee service sales, and efficiency of new strategy implementation. This person will have a huge focus on revenue, growth, and margin goals.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of service-based leadership experience.
Security Integration / banking security would be huge.
Extensive experience as a people manager/leader.
Both direct and indirect reports.
Experience managing an entire line of business or business vertical.
Expereince creating sales and growth strategies for the business.
Experience maintaining and growing customer relationships.
Territory management experience.
BA in related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Banking security experience.
Security hardware experience.
