Insight Global's healthcare client is hiring a Senior Technical Business Analyst with a strong ability to bridge business needs and technical execution, particularly in integration-heavy environments within the healthcare, insurance, or clinical sectors. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and Medicaid partners to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into logical, end-to-end technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing data mappings across multiple systems (typically 56), ensuring seamless integration and alignment of requirements. Youll participate in Integration Trains, support API integrations, and work hands-on with technologies such as .NET, SQL, Splunk, and Azure. A strong understanding of the business implications of technical decisions is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical teams. Youll also contribute to Agile ceremonies, support development teams, and help ensure that all deliverables meet business goals and compliance standards.
