Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a certified Forklift Operator to join our team in East Hartford. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of safely and efficiently operating forklifts in a warehouse setting. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, moving goods to designated areas, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory records. The operator must adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain equipment in good working condition. Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members and supervisors. Experience with inventory management systems and various types of forklifts is a plus. Required Skills & Experience

Valid forklift operator certification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
Excellent communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with inventory management systems.
Familiarity with warehouse operations.
Ability to operate different types of forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck).
Basic computer skills.
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
