PURPOSE OF ROLE : We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Associate Counsel to join our global legal team and working with the General Counsel in the Stamford office.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Support the General Counsel in both executive management and legal functions. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage a wide range of administrative and paralegal tasks.
-The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong legal capabilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

-Bachelor's in legal studies or business administration
-2 years exp in a corporate legal setting or law firm
-experience handling confidential info/sensitive info
-ability to collaborate across multiple depts
-experience working with international companies across several timezones
-ability to be in office 5 days a week in Stamford, CT.
