Job Description

Insight global is hiring a SQL Data Analyst for a large client local to Stamford, CT. This induvial will be joining a medium sized team working on a new AI project and working primary with the data from this project. This position requires expertise in SQL for querying databases, extracting insights, and optimizing data processes. The analyst is responsible for designing and maintaining data models, performing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations, and ensuring data integrity across various systems. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail are essential for identifying trends and improving data-driven strategies. This role is for candidates who can work with large datasets and databases, optimizing queries, and translating raw data into meaningful business intelligence. This is a 6-month ongoing contract and has a pay rate of $48-$52hr.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst
Proficient with SQL- writing queries, stored procedures, and optimizing database performance
Experience working within a large database- preferably Redshift
ETL experience for moving and structuring data for analysis
Data Visualization Using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present insights.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Data science experience
Testing or scripting experience
Telecommunication experience
