Insight Global is seeking an Environmental Project Manager to join our client in Plainville, Connecticut. The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing environmental projects from inception to completion. This role involves executing planned marketing strategies to bring work into the firm, assembling project teams, and accurately estimating fees for proposals. The Project Manager will make major design decisions in collaboration with clients, ensure the accuracy of completed work, and serve as the primary point of contact. They will oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, and may supervise construction efforts. Administrative duties include supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and recommending advancements. The Project Manager must ensure client authorizations are obtained before proceeding with work and maintain budget adherence. A strong commitment to safety and budget management is essential, along with providing opportunities for project staff to understand the business side of projects.

B.S. in Geology, Environmental Science, or related discipline
8-10 years of experience in technical project development
Experience with Phase I, II, and III site investigations and remediation planning
CT RSR Experience
Experience with MA MCP, CERCLA, RCRA, and/or TSCA regulations
Remedial construction oversight
Design and execution experience
Has worked with high level property compliance
