Insight Global is seeking a Business Data Analyst for one of our clients in Stamford, CT. This person will be joining a team of 18 people who are responsible for supporting business intelligence needs for the business' customer operations group. This person will be responsible for overseeing a customer experience project. They will meet with multiple business units, mitigate risks, negotiate requirements and design the requirements/data in order to drive success for the technical team. This person should have a plethora of technical skills and have the ability to understand and manipulate data using multiple technologies. They should be able to point out errors or discrepancies with data and gather and push back on BRDs/requirements when needed. This person will spend about 20% of their day managing the project and meeting with stakeholders, 40% within SQL and 40% of their day gathering and reviewing requirements, reviewing data spreadsheets, determining if the spreadsheets contain what is needed for the project and accessing data quality. The pay range for this role will be between 55-60.hr

-5+ years of project management/analytics experience.
-Strong SQL experience - creating stored procedures, analyzing data, writing queries, etc.
-Ability to effectively collaborate with leadership and multiple teams
-Experience gathering and owning requirements to provide to technical teams.
-Experience handling independent projects
-Broad technical knowledge (Redshift, Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.)
-Strong ability to translate and massage data.
-Cable Operations experience
