Insight Global is seeking Warehouse and Materials Technicians to assist with warehouse and inventory operations for construction and project needs at a major state university client. They will support the supply of information, order fulfillment, and inventory oversight for construction materials to various projects while creating and maintaining reports for inbound/outbound flow of stock. They will work onsite 5 days a week with a small team in the main warehouse on day-to-day stock handling and material loading on a supply/demand basis. They should be highly organized and detail-oriented from a warehouse background, with safety and regulation knowledge on hand.
Support the sorting, organization, supply, and inventory management of stock on hand
Arrange stock in planned fashion and verify quantity/quality of materials flowing through warehouse center
Keeps maintenance and delivery records of inbound/outbound material orders
Operates material handling equipment and manages data logs for upcoming needs and scheduled requests

2+ years of experience in stock/warehouse work supplying information, fulfilling orders, and overseeing stock assignments to various projects
Knowledge of requisitioning, handling, storing, and issuing materials and supplies in a construction/project material environment
Experience creating reports and inventory reviews for order statuses within warehouse management system/software
Strong warehouse safety and regulation knowledge
Experience interfacing with vendors and outsourced project administration contractors to fulfill material needs for construction and design projects
Past-work experience at a college/university in a construction and development environment
Supervisory experience over junior team members, including students
