An employer is seeking a Power Platform Consultant to join their team based in Hartford, CT. This Power Platform Consultant will be supporting the Microsoft Power Platform Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system across two different executive agencies for the State of Connecticut. The agencies originally deployed the Power Platform CRM about 7 years ago, and have maintained upgrades, but are looking for a resource to come in and revamp the current system and usage. The Power Platform Consultant will begin with an overall assessment to see what the current state of the system is, how it is being used, who is using it, and how it has been customized. Once the assessment is complete, they will help come up with a go-forward plan on how to continue building out the Power Platform CRM for continued and increased functionality and improved usability. As it stands right now, there are pieces of the Power Platform that are not being utilized, so they need someone to come in to help remedy this. The Power Platform CRM is currently being utilized to manage grants for various executive agencies, as well as tracking many different types of data, but the plan is bring in a Power Platform expert to make recommendations and ensure they are using the Power Platform to its full potential. Strong communication skills are a must have as this resource will work cross functionally with different teams.

6+ years of experience as a MS Power Platform CRM Consultant/Developer
Ability to upgrade and make enhancements within MS Power Platform
Expert level knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems
Experience with Frevvo or other workflow automation software
Experience with object oriented programming or Power Fx low-code with the ability to build forms and develop new modules within Power Platform
Previously done an assessment of a CRM system and made recommendations for improvements
Previously worked in the public sector
