We are seeking a highly qualified Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our data analysis solution, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and aligns with our business goals. Your expertise in data analysis, agile methodologies, and product management will be critical in delivering a top-notch product that empowers our users to make data-driven decisions. The team is currently on sprint 24 and working towards migrating a database into Azure SQL to find out whats in the access database to create better UI frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, users, and internal teams, to define a clear product vision and strategy for the data analysis solution. Continuously monitor industry trends and market demands to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.
Product Backlog Management: Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog, including user stories, epics, and features. Work closely with the development team to refine and estimate backlog items, ensuring they are well-defined, actionable, and aligned with customer needs.
Agile Planning and Execution: Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Coordinate with the Scrum Master to ensure smooth and efficient execution of the development process, managing sprint goals and delivering value incrementally.
Product Roadmap Development: Define and communicate a clear product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and deliverables. Continuously update and adjust the roadmap based on changing priorities, market dynamics, and customer feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the development team, data scientists, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication, alignment, and timely delivery of the product. Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
Release Management: Plan and coordinate product releases, considering dependencies, technical constraints, and customer expectations. Collaborate with the development team to define and execute release plans, ensuring a smooth transition from development to deployment.
Product Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product metrics, usage data, and customer feedback to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement. Leverage data-driven insights to inform product decisions, prioritize enhancements, and optimize user satisfaction.

Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration) is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
