One of our large CPG clients in Stamford, CT is seeking a contract recruiter who will focus on attracting, engaging, and retaining a diverse talent pool while ensuring inclusive and consistent hiring practices across all levels of the organization. They will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting for positions as assigned, engaging with business partners, providing relevant data, and overseeing full lifecycle recruiting processes for multiple requisitions for cross-functional teams. They must know the marketplace, understand business strategy and priorities and build and grow diverse talent networks.
