Our CPG client in Stamford, CT is looking for a Manager of Credit & Deductions to join their team. This role will manage 5 direct reports in credit analyst and deduction analyst roles within the customer financial services division. They will be responsible for preparing and sharing shortages reporting,
working cross functionally to support and resolve logistical deductions and lead the reporting of strategic KPIs for CFS team (Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting). This individual will also ensure reporting is timely and accurate and rollout system enhancements and implement strategies to enhance AR collections/deductions processes. They will
partner with Sales, Supply Chain and Customer Service to develop and implement appropriate cross-functional action plans and provide mentorship and support to the team and identify action-based solutions.

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
-5-7 years experience in FP&A, Accounting, Sales Finance, Credit /Accounts Receivable areas
-1-2 years' of managerial experience
-Confirmed experience as a Manager of Collections, Deductions & Risk Assessment functions
-CPG experience
Strong MS Excel/PowerPoint and SAP (or similar system) experience required.
-Ability to partner with key internal team members, (Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service), ability to communicate effectively with customers
