Job Description

A leading pharmaceutical client is hiring a Material Coordinator to provide both document coordination and administrative support to the Material Coordination and GMM Sourcing Teams. This opportunity will allow you to collaborate with partner lines of business while assuring the maximization of productivity between multiple internal and external supply chain facilities. You will be required to follow GMP standards, and for assuring compliance with Pfizer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and policies along with all applicable worldwide regulations and guidelines (e.g. FDA, TSA, MHRA, DEA, CT Drug Control). On a day to day, you will work on project documentation management by creating and maintaining files/spreadsheets, collaborating with suppliers, and collecting/copying/scanning documents. You will specifically be managing the Material Lifecycle from item creation, material moves, and collecting and collating regulatory documentation. You will also be involved in the planning/scheduling of all global and local core materials on the Platform Material List.
