Insight Global is looking for an Assistant Assessor to sit onsite in Bloomfield, CT. This person would be working under the Assessor and responsible for assessing the value of properties, as well as industrial and commercial establishments. Other responsibilities include assisting with maintenance of records of real estate and personal properties, and providing property owners with information about laws pertaining to motor vehicle taxation, exemptions for senior citizens and other tax or liability matters. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of estimations and value measuring for assessment purposes.

Actively pursuing or already holding a CT Municipal Assessor Certification
3 years of experience in administrative role
1 year in assessment environment
High school diploma or GED
