A Global Energy Commodities Merchant and Infrastructure Asset Investor client is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their IT team. They will be joining their tier 2 support team and will be in charge of completing troubleshooting tickets and new hire onboarding. CCI has 135 end users in Stamford and 65 remote users. This person will be in charge of desktop build, phone, new hire apps, and customer service new hire calls. They will be working in a window/PC environment and need to have strong o365 troubleshooting abilities. They will also handle roughly 12-25 level 2 tickets per week. . An example could be: I opened my computer and my monitors are not working. Biggest need here is to have someone that is an on their feet thinker with excellent customer service experience and that is willing to proactively provide the highest quality of customer service.
* Background in trading company (Bloomberg or Reuters or ICE)
