Insight Global's medical device client is looking for customer service representatives to join their team for a new project. These individuals will be responsible for entering orders, handling incoming calls from customers (healthcare facilities, urgent care centers, physician offices, hospitals, etc.), data entry, and act as the point of contact for daily operational questions & info as needed. 
Training will be onsite for the first 3 weeks (5x a week) 8:30-5pm and after the 3 week mark there will only be a requirement of 1 day onsite (4x remote). The remote day hours are 9-5:30pm. Occasionally, this individual might have to work a 10am-6:30pm shift (every 10 to 12 weeks).
                        
                    
                    
                        
                            -1+ years' experience in a customer service representative role 
-Prior data entry experience 
-Strong communication skills 
-Attention to detail 
-Experience utilizing Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
