Job Description

Day-to-Day:

Insight Global is hiring for a HYBRID Regulatory Affairs Specialist for a large, consumer goods company. This person will be responsible for leading the creation and maintenance of accurate and compliant safety data sheets for consumer products, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (GHS, OSHA, etc.), ensure proper labeling and documentation of hazards according to GHS guidelines, manage and maintain databases related to SDS authoring, GHS classifications, and regulatory compliance, develop and implement robust data management systems to track changes and updates in regulations, utilize SAP systems proficiently for data entry, analysis, and reporting related to regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

* 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs,

o Safety Data Sheet (SDS) Authoring: the creation and maintenance of accurate and compliant safety data sheets for consumer products, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards (GHS, OSHA, etc.) and industry best practices.

o Globally Hazardous System (GHS) classification: system for hazard classification of chemical products

* Proficiency in SAP systems for data management and report generating.

* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Biology, or Computer Science

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certification in Regulatory Affairs (RAC) or similar accreditation.
