Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Post Payment Auditor to join their client's team in Mexico City. This person is responsible for auditing post payment accuracy for our client's large retail clients from their vendors. They will be looking through contracts, e-mails, invoices, etc. to ensure that all payments were accurate. For example, if it is found that a payment was lower than usual for an item, it would be this person's job to go through e-mail communications or contracts to find out why (could be a volume discount for example). They will be determining whether an overpayment exists, duplicate payments, or identifying incorrect contract rates. They may also be responsible for reviewing and documenting claims identified by Senior Auditors. They will respond to client/vendor disputes or internal QA for claims written. They will spend time in Excel calculating differences, applying percentages, etc. to determine whether or not payments are correct. CANDIDATES NEED TO BE FLUENT IN SPEAKING AND READING ENGLISH. They will report directly to a US-based manager. The job will be performed 100% on-site in Mexico City.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong Excel skills for calculations (calculating differences, applying percentages)

Bilingual (Spanish/English) - need to be fluent in speaking and reading English

Commutable distance (within 1 hour) to Mexico City

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Degree in related field (Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, etc.)
