Insight Global is hiring for a Project Manager to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company. This person will be joining the Transformation program within the Client Operations group. This person will be working along other project managers and reporting to a Program Manager, working on NBO or Next Best Offer. NBO is a AI- implementation using Pega to better the customer experience and eliminate any un-necessary interaction with agents. The group is currently in the initial design & implementation phase. This person will be coordinating with other project managers, working on tasks such as attending weekly meetings, project tracking, working with cross functional groups comprised of technical & non-technical individuals, and assisting with the program manager in any additional work needed.
