Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for a client in Stamford, CT. This is Mon-Fri onsite position.

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing the reception area, handling communication, scheduling meetings, and providing support to the US Office. Would also be involved in coordinating meetings with international office in Singapore.



1. Office Management:

-Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

-Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.

-Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

2. Communication:

-Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

-Communicate with internal staff and external stakeholders as needed.

3. Scheduling and Coordination:

-Arrange travel plans and accommodations for staff members as required.

4. Record-Keeping:

-Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.

-Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets as needed.

5. Administrative Support:

-Provide general administrative support to various departments.

-Order and maintain office supplies.

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

* Experience with International Travel bookings

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Education and Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office management is a plus.
