Insight Global is seeking a Release Manager to join their Mobile Product Customer Operations team sitting 100% onsite in Stamford, CT. This person would be joining a team of four people - one other release manager, a business analyst, and a manager. The current project that the team is working on is to implement new mobile features. For example, a feature could be a new offer such as "If you buy wifi, you will get free mobile." It is this team's responsibility to work to ensure that the correct action is taken to install the features. This person will gather requirements from the IT team and pass them to their software and service vendor. They will work with the technical team to identify gaps, risks, or areas of improvement to drive solutions. They will use critical thinking for release planning including prioritizing items, how certain actions/decisions will affect the business and negotiations for their monthly releases. They will plan, manage, and execute release cycles by tracking deliverables and coordinating processes such as issue management or approvals. This person will work 100% onsite in Stamford.
