Insight Global seeks an exceptional Remote Scrum Master to join a software development team that will develop data applications for a global leader in the aerospace industry.
This team will follow the Scrum framework while developing sophisticated new solutions for data consolidation, analysis and forecasting in an Azure cloud environment. The team will be operating in a large enterprise environment, working with business stakeholders to develop important new capabilities supporting their global operations.
-Must be a U.S. Citizen
-5+ years of work experience in the Scrum Master role
-Fluency in The Scrum Guide
-Certification from a recognized agency (Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, etc.). Advanced certification (A-CSM, PSM-II) strongly preferred
-Experience launching, guiding and growing newly-formed Scrum teams
-Demonstrated skill in facilitating team collaboration and communication
-Ability to mentor novice-level Scrum Masters and Product Owners
