Insight Global is hiring for a Lead Data Analyst to sit 100% onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company. This Lead Data Analyst will be joining the Customer Operations Organization within the Sales Analytics & Competitive Intelligence team. This person will be joining a team comprised of approximately 11 individuals (analysts, data scientists, and managers) as well as interacting with 11 offshore members. This group is responsible for looking at the data from over 7,000 agents. This team is also responsible for responding to upper management requests and maintaining revenue and saving customers from either canceling their Spectrum service/subscription as well as in hopes add on additional services. On a day-to-day basis, this person will spend 80% of their time creating dashboards & data sets, identifying opportunity, gaps, or threats within the data, and creating reports for executives/ stakeholders in either Excel, PowerPoint, or visualization dashboards while 20% will be responding to ad-hoc requests on data needed from executives in order to better a service, process, or change in scope.
