Job Description

A large health insurance company is seeking a Sr. Filenet Consultant to join its Correspondence team. This person will formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop and support FileNet P8 based ECM (Enterprise Content Management) solutions. They will be responsible to design, develop and support FileNet P8 Components, applications, configuration, and support of High Availability of ECM applications FileNet P8 suite in the infrastructure. They can expect to spend about 60% of their time focused on development of Filenet for project work and 40% focused on production support to avoid impact from any outages or production issues. This position will also entail the individual closely working with an offshore team and streamline the support processes of IBM FileNet P8 based applications in highly demanding environment.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of hands-on development/support experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.5 (and above) suite of products including but not limited to FileNet Content manger, Business Process Manager

6+ years of hands-on experience with customizing and administering IBM Content Navigator (ICN) with FileNet P8 and CeBIT (CE Bulk Importer Tool)

6+ years of experience in FileNet Administration P8 5.x on Linux environment.

6+ years in developing software applications in Java and J2EE using FileNet P8 CE/PE API

Solid hands-on development experiences in developing REST SOAP Web Services integrating with ECM repositories like FileNet

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in Document Capture tools like IBM DataCap

IBM FileNet P8 Certified Professional (Support/Administration/Developer)

Hands on experience in High availability/Disaster recovery in large organization

Experience with Web UI development

IBM DB2 Database knowledge

WebSphere administration knowledge

Good knowledge and exposure to Json, Dojo and other scripting

Linux scripting, Shell Scripting, PowerShell, or any monitoring scripting knowledge

Good knowledge/experience working in Linux Shell scripts
