Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support a large reinsurance company is Stamford, CT. They will be joining the Facilities Operations Team. The team currently has 5 associates and one manager. This person will report into the manager and work to alleviated some of his current responsibilities. This team supports all departments such as, IT, Finance, Procurement, Real Estate, Mail room, etc. They support 26 offices nationwide. This person will be responsible for anything that comes in through the Service Now ticketing system. An example of a ticket could be, asset was terminated and need to get equipment back working with shipping companies, coffee machine broke, chair broke, etc. They will also work on some project assignments. An example of a project could be a property improvement plan: tracking which rooms and offices need new coats of paint, carpets shampooed. Their project management and data analytics skills will be used to advance current practices in tracking and reporting of status of tickets and projects. Analytical work will be used to increase production and customer service by using problem solving skill and those analytic to game plan and provide solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years' experience in a facilities coordinator role

-Project management experience, specifically documenting and project tracking experience

-Analytical thinking or experience in Excel and other reporting tools

-Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

-Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
