An employer is looking for a Product Owner to sit in Stamford, CT for one of the largest telecom companies in the Nation. This individual will be joining the Customer Experience and Digital Service team for the Customer Operations organization. This team is responsible for enhancing the customers digital experience in regard to their billing (ex. Email notification about a new billing statement, network upgrades new billing, bill payments due). The goal of this team is to reduce call volume by enhancing the customers digital experience. This product owner will spend 70% in stakeholder meetings, 20% ownership of the product roadmap , and 10% presentations. The ideal candidate will not be afraid to hit the ground running and call out items in meetings. They should have strong analytical and project management experience.
* 3-5 years in a digital product owner/analyst role
* Strong understanding of the customer experience/journey
* Experience with reporting (user stories or product roadmaps)
* Experience with stakeholder collaboration and project management skills
* Technologies needed are JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint
* Bachelors Degree
