An employer is seeking a Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join their Hartford based team on a hybrid basis. The candidate will serve in the capacity of a Project Controller/Coordinator, collaborating with the technical and business staff on the CT-KIND Project. This position is responsible for supporting project leadership and team members in overseeing and organizing the day today administrative tasks associated to the project. The Project Controller/Coordinator maintains the project schedule, organizing meetings/events, assisting with onboarding/offboarding processes, meeting minutes and documentation, and communications. They will also assist in onboarding and offboarding for consultants and staff, general coordination and planning for meetings and events, providing documentation such as meeting minutes and agenda, and staff timekeeping as well.
2-5 years of experience as a Project Controller/Coordinator or related field (e.g., Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, etc.).
Some Knowledge of DCF's mission, policy, practice, state agencies and community partners/service providers.
Experience in Coordinating Large Groups/Projects and Organizing Activities.
