A government integrator is seeking a Trainer for Sitecore to join its tea, sitting remotely. This person will help to train other team members, as well as the end client, in how to use the Content Management System Sitecore. They are currently building a new design system within Sitecore and will need this individual to train others on how to use the new tool, as well as other aspects of the platform. They should be able to identify FAQs and other gaps in the training program in order to implement changes to improve the curriculum. They will then conduct live training classes, as well as update self-service trainings.
-Strong experience working with Sitecore from an admin, support, or development/architectural perspective
-Strong communication and presentation skills
-Prior experience training others
-Experience working directly with end clients/stakeholders
-Experience providing Sitecore support
-Prior experience developing training content/curriculum, ideally using Bridge
-Experience interviewing trainees to collect feedback on training
