Job Description

Day-to-Day

A Fortune 100 client is looking for a Manual Tester to sit in Stamford, CT. This person will be joining the Digital Service and Customer Experience team. These contractors will be brought on to support to mobile services launch/execution. They will spend 30% of their day in stakeholder meetings, follow ups or emails. The remaining 70% will be spent in planning and executing manual testing. They will use JIRA to help with their manual testing. They will be testing their mobile services specifically against the product self-channels of the customer journey. They channels include the company website, IVR, Chat bot, email, SMS, surveys and mobile apps.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years' experience with manual testing experience

Experience with customer facing software (website, chat bot, etc.)

Experience creating test plans

Experience working in a waterfall environment

Strong communication and follow up skills

Bachelor's Degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with JIRA (doing JIRA admin, navigating the dashboard)

Experience working in a waterfall methodology
