A large government services provider is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their team in Hartford, CT. This person will be helping to support new work for a government agency. Primarily, they will oversee a project to move and consolidate several agency websites into one new central website to improve the overall user journey and simplify completing tasks using it. This person will be principally independent but will partner closely with the agency. They will also provide regular status reports to the agency and work directly with key stakeholders. They will help to oversee development and help ensure delivery.
-4+ years experience as a scrum master for development-focused projects
-Prior experience in an agile environment, working as a part of a scrum team
-Holds Scrum Master certification
-Prior experience interacting with c-suite level executives
-Background using project management tools, including jira
-Ability to manage project expectations and keep projects on task
-Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT)
-Strong communicator with good abilities in creating consensus, conflict resolution, and change management
-Background in web design, user journey, UI/UX, etc.
-Prior experience with content management systems, ideally Sitecore, as well as with Salesforce
