A large healthcare client is looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to join their team. We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience in healthcare, particularly the clinical and interoperability spaces. This person will be helping to manage a workstream within the connected clinical platform which is integrating their connected care management and clinical use cases to their new data repository. They will be expected to help in the overall early planning phases by asking probing questions and looking beyond immediate needs, as well as manage the day-to-day functions of the team. This person should be comfortable in a matrixed, fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to change.
* Facilitates daily stand-up, iteration planning, sprint review, and iteration retrospective
* Manage the cloud development projects and facilitates sprint releases
* Drive team iteration execution, communicates with management and stakeholders, protects the team from uncontrolled injection of work (changes are evaluated/intentional)
* Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance
* Work with the team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks
* Able to do root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
* Leads team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program
* Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow
* Maintain team data in project management software (Rally) to support estimates and execution
* Presents high level project readouts for senior management during PI sessions
* Supports product owner(s) with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope
