A large government services provider is seeking an experienced QA Designer to join their team. This person will be helping to support new work for a government agency. Primarily, they will design the test strategy for a project to move and consolidate several agency websites into one new central website to improve the overall user journey and simplify completing tasks using it. This person will be principally independent but will partner closely with the agency. They will partner with the BA and PM to create the testing methodology, understanding the goals and development stories to test against functionally. This will then be validated with stakeholders. This person will own the testing for the project.
-4+ years experience as a QA tester, primarily with automated testing
-Prior experience in an agile environment, working as a part of a scrum team
-Previous experience designing a test plan/strategy
-Background using selenium for automation testing
-Experience with holistic functional testing and performance testing
