Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support one of our Healthcare clients in Hartford, CT. The role may sit remotely but will require some travel into corporate offices in Hartford, CT or Boston, MA. The Project Manager will be directly supporting one business units Scrum Teams, responsible for centralizing clinical application data. They will be supporting 3-5 projects at any given time, balancing multiple business owners and managing cross functional teams (BA's, PM's, Testers). Projects will range from salesforce cloud migrations, development of microservices and production support of live applications. This is a fast-paced environment with eager business partners to hit go live dates. The team runs with many agile methodology systems in mind and is working on implementing SAFe Agile practices. We are looking for Project Managers who are willing to get integrated and into the weeds with our client's development teams unlike some PMO services where you will bounce around the entire enterprise. - 5 to 10 years of experience working as an Application Development focused Project Manager.
- Managed cross functional teams of BAs, Developers and Testers.
- Experience working in an Agile/ SAFe Agile environment.
- Experience starting projects from scratch working along side business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting projects using Springboot to create Microservices and APIs.
- Healthcare or clinical application experience
